  1. Open the Customise Forms windowSetup > Customise Forms (select Sales, Purchases, Statements, etc.).

  3. Insert Your LogoPicture > Add Picture and resize/position.

  4. Tweak Colours & Fonts• Use the formatting toolbar to match your brand colours.

  5. Rearrange Fields• Drag boxes or use arrow keys for fine positioning; right‑click for Align tools.

  6. Add Payment Details• Insert a text box with bank account, PayNow QR, or credit‑card instructions.

  7. Save as New Template• Name it clearly (e.g., “Invoice – Corporate Logo”) and click Save.

  8. Set as Default• In Sales > Print/Email Invoices, choose your new template as the default.
